Labor Regulations Compliance Expert

The Human Resources Compliance Manager at Disability Solutions is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with labor laws and regulations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and practices to maintain a legally and ethically sound operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR compliance policies and procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Conducting regular audits to identify potential compliance risks and implementing corrective actions
- Providing training and support to employees on compliance-related topics
- Investigating and resolving compliance issues and complaints
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in HR compliance or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
