About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Specialist to join our team at Motrex, LLC. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and practices to ensure the company operates within legal and ethical boundaries.
  • Oversee the company's immigration program, ensuring compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations, including I-9 verification.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including state-specific leave laws, as well as labor laws in Canada and Mexico.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related topics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compliance or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

$83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
