Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities to secure service agreements and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business relationships with a focus on building long-term partnerships that provide value to our customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals to secure new business.
  • Negotiate scopes of work and terms to provide elite value to our customers.
  • Closely collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and best-in-class service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Senior-level sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting, with a strong understanding of CRM software.
  • Superior relationship management skills and a commitment to personal growth and development.
