About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner to join our team at Cypress HCM. As a key member of our People Business Partner & Organization Effectiveness organization, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and talent development across our global organization.

Your primary focus will be on activating the ingredient that is at the center of our success – our people. You will work closely with senior executive leaders to create a high-performance work environment and apply innovative talent, leadership, and organizational solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align business strategy with talent strategy to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement organizational transformation programs to drive business results
  • Provide strategic talent consulting to senior leaders to drive business outcomes
  • Design and deliver business strategy and operating model evolution to drive organizational alignment
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of HR and OE-related experience. You will have a proven track record of autonomously building, leading, and executing on full playbooks of OE/OD programs at the C-suite level. Your strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills will enable you to effectively facilitate org and talent discussions with G&A business leaders.

You will be a strategic thinker with a global approach, able to consider the broader enterprise when designing solutions. Your facilitation, influencing, and cultural awareness skills will enable you to effectively lead working sessions and meetings with VP/SVP/EVP business leaders to achieve desired outcomes.
