About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Vonage. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that address business objectives and talent development needs.
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance individual and organizational capability, aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Facilitate learning and development as an instructor, designer, and business partner, leveraging Design Thinking approaches to create innovative solutions.
  • Manage programs and projects, utilizing program management methodologies such as Kaizen to drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate success through data-driven insights and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or related role, with a focus on e-learning design and development.
  • Working knowledge of modern Learning Management Systems, with experience in Articulate or similar tools.
  • Program Management and Design Thinking experience, with a strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
