Job Summary

HD Supply is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Manager to provide strategic consultation and advisory services that support the growth of the organization and execution of business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing solutions in areas including organizational design, change management, leadership development, team effectiveness, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Organizational Development Interventions
    • Design and implement organizational development interventions to facilitate process and cultural change.
    • Conduct analysis to anticipate and communicate current and emerging organizational needs.
  • Partner with Business Leaders and HR Teams
    • Partner with business leaders, HR business partners, and talent management teams to lead and support organization design, redesign, and restructuring efforts.
    • Conduct in-depth organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify root causes of organizational effectiveness and business performance issues.
  • Provide Coaching and Facilitation Services
    • Provide coaching, facilitation, team development, whole systems analyses, process re-engineering, and organization development services to implement organization improvement initiatives.
    • Regularly meet with managers and leaders to understand business outcomes essential for their success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in a related field.
    • May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
  • Work Environment
    • Located in a comfortable indoor area with frequent opportunity to move about.
    • Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
