Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Organizational Development Interventions
- Design and implement organizational development interventions to facilitate process and cultural change.
- Conduct analysis to anticipate and communicate current and emerging organizational needs.
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR Teams
- Partner with business leaders, HR business partners, and talent management teams to lead and support organization design, redesign, and restructuring efforts.
- Conduct in-depth organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify root causes of organizational effectiveness and business performance issues.
- Provide Coaching and Facilitation Services
- Provide coaching, facilitation, team development, whole systems analyses, process re-engineering, and organization development services to implement organization improvement initiatives.
- Regularly meet with managers and leaders to understand business outcomes essential for their success.
- Education and Experience
- Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in a related field.
- May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
- Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area with frequent opportunity to move about.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
