Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at E. & J. Gallo, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and supporting both the Sales and Operations departments. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of ingredient drying technologies sales plans, ensuring the creation of commercial quality dried products. You will maintain business relationships, execute selling techniques, and assess market data to make informed pricing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute ingredient drying technologies sales plans to drive sales growth
Oversee the creation of commercial quality dried products
Maintain business relationships and execute selling techniques to increase sales of proprietary equipment, equipment parts, and in-house drying services
Assess market data and make pricing recommendations

Requirements

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
Ability to maintain 3 shifts availability and work graveyard shifts when necessary
Ability to lift and move drums of product or equipment that weigh up to 55 pounds
Ability to possess color vision and depth perception
Experience working in a regulatory environment
Ability to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time
