Compensation

Hourly Wage: $32.58

The salary range mentioned above indicates the minimum and maximum pay for this role. Various factors such as individual skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and comparisons with existing employees in similar roles may influence the specific placement within this range. Typically, new hires are positioned below the midpoint of the salary scale. For further details on the pay range, please visit our company page.

Compensation for PRN roles differs from that of Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. Rates for PRN positions are determined by the specific role and other factors, including experience and shift commitments as per departmental policies. Additional PRN differentials may apply in certain roles.



Key Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Oversees and directs the Environmental Services program to maintain clean, sanitized, organized, and visually appealing conditions within the facility by executing tasks personally or by supervising departmental staff.



Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Environmental Services, housekeeping, or a related field
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting
