Job Title: Environmental Services Supervisor

Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the Environmental Services program to ensure clean, disinfected, and orderly conditions of the establishment.
  • Supervise and train department employees to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience as an Environmental Services Tech, housekeeping, or related field.
  • One year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five years of experience in a hospital environment.
