Job Description and Duties

Are you looking to make a positive impact on young adults in California while caring for and protecting our natural environment? Do you want to inspire, educate, and challenge young people to further their educational and professional goals? If that sounds like you, we invite you to apply for a position with the California Conservation Corps (CCC).

The CCC is a dynamic organization committed to developing young men and women by challenging them to complete a year of public service and conservation-related work. As a member of our team, you will be a leader who inspires and educates young people to make a difference in their communities.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in conservation-related work, such as habitat restoration, trail maintenance, and environmental education.
  • Work with a team to complete projects and achieve goals.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote environmental awareness and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with community partners to promote the CCC's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to undergo a background investigation and pass a Criminal Offender Record Information check.
  • Must have a valid Commercial Class C license with a Passenger Transport Vehicle special endorsement.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
