Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment initiatives aimed at filling current vacancies and establishing a sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective candidates by filtering, screening, interviewing, and actively engaging with talent in the market.
  • Familiarize yourself with the profiles within DC talent communities to effectively match candidates with suitable opportunities.
  • Evaluate candidates' hard skills, soft skills, and other essential attributes, including their business insight, preferred work environments, and career aspirations.
  • Master the process of extending job offers to preferred candidates while balancing the interests of all parties and upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Respond to and assess employee referrals and active candidates for available positions.
  • Coordinate logistics for the recruitment process, including scheduling phone and in-person interviews, managing multiple calendars, and conducting employment references as necessary.
  • Create a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Generate correspondence and communications under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
