Position: Senior Software Implementation Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Litigation team as a Senior Software Implementation Specialist. This role is pivotal in executing implementation projects for our expanding software and services portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software deployments, encompassing requirements analysis, environment configuration, installation, training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure case management systems utilizing the administrative user interface, including forms, searches, and workflows.
  • Develop business rules within the software using Groovy and Velocity programming languages.
  • Collect and review specifications for data conversion processes.
  • Engage in the development and assessment of document/report specifications.
  • Provide onsite training for administrators and users, alongside go-live support.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Java programming.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Windows Server environments and networking principles.
  • Understand integration with REST and SOAP APIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in querying relational databases, preferably TSQL or PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Implementation Specialist in a comparable setting.
  • Ability to maintain focus and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases, and reporting tools such as Jasper or Crystal Reports.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and various operating systems.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
