Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Flexjet. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle service requests via Zendesk, phone, or email
  • Monitor end-user reported problems and communicate with appropriate personnel
  • Document issues and troubleshooting practices
  • Setup, maintenance, and repair of PC-based computer hardware, printers, and network wiring
  • Participate in weekly on-call support rotation
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software/hardware problems
  • Some light travel to other office locations may be required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with hardware support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Client operating systems up to Windows 10
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
