Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Flexjet. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle service requests via Zendesk, phone, or email
- Monitor end-user reported problems and communicate with appropriate personnel
- Document issues and troubleshooting practices
- Setup, maintenance, and repair of PC-based computer hardware, printers, and network wiring
- Participate in weekly on-call support rotation
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software/hardware problems
- Some light travel to other office locations may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with hardware support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Client operating systems up to Windows 10
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
