Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at United Digestive. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer service while scheduling patient appointments, managing patient information, and resolving patient-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collect and record patient information according to established guidelines
  • Coordinate scheduling of procedures and ancillary services
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of healthcare systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a scheduling or patient access role, is preferred. Bilingual skills are also a plus.
