We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at Morehouse School of Medicine. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest level of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate front office activities, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and charge entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient accounts, including self-pay follow-up and collections.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of college education or an Associate's Degree.
  • Three years of related experience, with the ability to substitute experience for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Epic EMR experience and knowledge of third-party insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid programs.
