We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Surface Transportation organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that drives business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate technology requirements across teams to ensure effective prioritization and informed decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between multiple business units, consolidating business requirements into a unified vision.
  • Work closely with internal tech partners to create a technical vision, align on a roadmap, and implement the plan.
  • Benchmark our approach against industry standards and assist in buy vs. build decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance, or qualitative/quantitative research.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of transportation asset management and maintenance experience, either as a business user or solutions provider.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
