Role Overview

The Product Designer will be responsible for setting the standard for craft, quality, and innovation within the design team. This role requires an experienced designer who can envision the future of the company and act as an evangelist for design and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence company priorities and industry trends
  • Envision the future of the company and create products that bring positive change to our members' lives
  • Partner with cross-functional leads to create innovative products
  • Provide design direction and leadership to other designers on the team
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years of proven history shipping consumer mobile products
  • An industry presence that attracts candidates to Chime
  • Led design teams in creating a vision for the future
  • Owned product design strategy from start to finish
  • Experience developing strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to deliver on both business and user goals
  • Experience in mentoring and giving feedback to help others grow and level up
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience: $185,000 - $245,000 per year. Additionally, we provide benefits including:
