With a strong reputation and impressive track record, IFG seeks a highly skilled Home Office Regional Consultant to join their team. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, investment product offerings, and the ability to develop tailored solutions that drive business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert wealth management advice, practice development intelligence, strategic insights, and home office updates to Advisors within a designated region. Key duties include:

  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with IFG's advisors, understanding their business challenges and objectives and aligning with their goals.
  2. Strategic Consultation: Provide expert advice on industry best practices, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  3. Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet advisors' needs.
  4. Market Analysis: Collaborate on market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and workshops to advisors and internal teams to enhance knowledge and skills.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
  7. Negotiation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and build relationships.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in an industry-related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial sales, consulting, advisory, or related roles.
  • A strong understanding of the financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
  • The ability to travel as needed within the region.
  • A Series 7 License, and Series 65 and CA Insurance License preferred.
  • A proactive mindset with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
