Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to champion customer satisfaction and growth at Change. As the key link between our sales, finance, and product teams, you will facilitate a seamless onboarding journey for new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer success processes that drive long-term relationships.
- Foster strong relationships with our customer base through regular calls and internal advocacy.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for payments and compliance, educating customers about our product benefits and charitable giving insights.
- Identify expansion opportunities within our customer base in coordination with the sales team.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to inform our product roadmap.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain up-to-date FAQs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and learn about payment processing and giving compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work from our office in San Francisco's financial district.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 USD, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and 401K. You will also enjoy unlimited PTO and the opportunity to work with a talented team in the giving tech industry.
