About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Associate to join our Product Compliance team at Chime. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the growth of our payment and credit card services while ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this Position, You'll:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet financial partner and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate product compliance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving remediation efforts and contributing to departmental initiatives.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience in banking, credit, payments, or deposits, or equivalent experience in product compliance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key regulations, including UDAAP, FTC compliance, TILA (Reg Z), VISA rules, Electronic Funds Transfers (Reg E), FCRA, and state money transmission laws.
  • Experience researching, interpreting, and applying financial services rules, regulations, and industry standards practices.
