Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Management Specialist to manage set projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more experience in financial management and project coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create comprehensive project budgets and timelines, as well as estimate financial needs and generate forecasts.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and report on it regularly to stakeholders.
  • Expense Management: Approve expenses, review and process invoices and purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide critical financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed expenditure reports and final summary reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all necessary tax paperwork is completed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
