Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for assisting in all Human Resources administrative functions for SIS employees and management, and performing special projects as assigned.
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new hires, ensuring accuracy of new hire paperwork and employee-related documents
- Maintaining electronic HRM personnel files, including licensing requirements
- Addressing ad hoc employee and management HR questions, resolving basic or complex personnel issues
- Performing audits on employee-related files in coordination with other departments
- Performing other related duties as required
Requirements include:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
- Experience in a general office setting with clerical or related experience
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to function in stressful situations
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
