Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team at Complete Staffing Inc. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our organization, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial support to management, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn various software ERP's.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay Rate:
$25 - $30/hour
