Financial Management Specialist

HSMC is seeking a highly skilled Controller to oversee the full cycle accounting process for client companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years of experience and 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of Staff Accountants
- Client representative for client corporations delegated by the Chief Financial Officer
- Oversight of the full cycle accounting process for client companies
- Review and analysis of Financial Statements prepared by the Staff Accountants
- Oversight of preparation of annual Uniform Financial Reports and related supporting schedules for companies
- Review and analysis of materials necessary for completion of annual audits as prepared by staff Accountants
- Oversight of renewal of insurance policies for delegated client companies
- Assist Chief Financial Officer, and/or CEO with Ad-Hoc reporting and special projects as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- At least 7 years of finance/accounting experience and 3-5 years of Supervisory experience
- CPA license preferred
