New England Medical Group Partners, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Manager to lead our outpatient day treatment facility for adults in Brookline, MA.
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services, including the training and supervision of all clinical staff. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate all clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Manage ongoing compliance and record keeping of all clinical services with county, state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Adhere to HIPAA and documentation requirements as identified by regulatory agencies.
- Review treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence to verify compliance with county, state and federal agency standards.
- Work with the Senior VP of Clinical Services to implement patient treatment plans that provide integrative and personalized care aligned with the mission and objectives of New England Medical Group.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with leadership and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements:
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related Independent Licensure.
- 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience in mental health care.
- Clinical compliance, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and values-based leadership.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current federal and state employment laws and healthcare standards.
