We are seeking a bright and energetic Lead Instructor who will be responsible for implementing specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designed by the students' Individual Education Plans and Individual Service Plans. The successful candidate will provide daily care and support to students, ensure that other staff are appropriately collecting and recording data, assist in the supervision of instructional activities in the classroom and in the community, act as shift charge supervising staff when in residence, and work with the Head Teacher to develop specific educational and treatment objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of experience in providing direct care for persons with significant developmental or physical disabilities, experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.
