  • Stay informed about industry trends and local competitors to anticipate and meet customer demands.

As an effective Retail Operations Leader, you will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Coach and nurture your team to drive business performance and individual growth.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service while prioritizing brand and product knowledge training.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and revenue goals while managing expenses.
  • Develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase foot traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain awareness of market dynamics beyond the store, including industry trends and community engagement.
  • Implement store administration and operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory effectively and collaborate with corporate stakeholders to meet market needs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of retail management experience.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate resources and services to meet business objectives.
  • Problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Agility to adapt to business needs, particularly during peak periods.

Additional Requirements

Flexibility in schedule and hours to accommodate business needs is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a valid driver’s license are also required.
