Job Description

**About the Role**

The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling financial transactions, and utilizing QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Assist with periodic audits.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports, sales reports, and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
