We are seeking a friendly and efficient Carryout Attendant to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a Carryout Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our carryout guests, ensuring that their orders are prepared and packaged accurately and promptly.

• Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Understand and utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques to assist guests with their orders
• Package food and beverage orders, condiments, and appropriate items promptly and accurately
• Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and help them with menu selections
• Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately accounting for all receivables
• Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests

• 0-2 years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
