Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver administrative assistance to our management team and staff, while overseeing daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for someone with a background in administrative support, data entry, or a similar position. A successful candidate will ensure that our office functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately transform field data into project entries across various software platforms and maintain comprehensive tracking for each initiative.
  • Efficiently manage multiple priorities with ease and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify essential information and key details while thriving in a role that requires minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and adaptability to diverse personality types.
  • Skillfully multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow office administrators.
  • Digitally archive documents, maintain electronic files, and organize physical records.
  • Be a strong team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role, clerical data entry, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with office protocols and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
