About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Development Representative will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of sales success.
