Key Responsibilities:
- Gather diverse quotes from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Analyze organizational data, track budgets, and pricing through software tools.
- Review and evaluate cost estimates thoroughly.
- Determine labor, material, and time requirements by examining proposals, blueprints, and related documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimate reports.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments.
