- Monitor project advancement, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive daily project records and documentation.
- Coordinate necessary inspections and permits as mandated by local regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to discuss project progress.
- Lead pre-construction, construction, and finalization meetings with clients and design teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Demonstrated success as a construction superintendent on large-scale public projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic construction setting.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is required.
- Knowledge of local building codes and compliance standards.
