Your Role as a Vacation Ownership Sales Professional

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team of Vacation Ownership Sales Professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with prospective owners, showcase the value of vacation ownership, and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at our award-winning resorts.
  • Build rapport with prospective owners, understanding their needs and aspirations for vacation experiences.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, highlighting our extensive resort network, flexible ownership options, and exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong closing abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain the necessary real estate and/or timeshare licenses.
