About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Community Development Coordinator to join our team in Ward 8. As a member of our community development team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with neighbors, community stakeholders, and partners, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include attending and coordinating events, collecting and managing data, and ensuring seamless communication with diverse groups. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement community outreach and engagement strategies, build relationships with local stakeholders, and foster partnerships that drive positive change.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnerships and growth.
  • Develop and implement community outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Collect and manage data to inform decision-making and drive program development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one to three years of experience in external-facing roles, preferably in non-profit settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently as part of a team.
