As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative, your role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients while managing, nurturing, and expanding our existing client relationships.

By promoting both CoStar and LoopNet offerings, you will have the chance to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to sell, educate, and retain your client portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include managing your own client portfolio, accessing a continuous stream of qualified leads, offering exceptional products, and following a clear career advancement trajectory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives
  • Attain expertise in CoStar's essential information and marketing solutions, including LoopNet, the leading online marketplace for commercial real estate
  • Assume full ownership of the sales process, encompassing prospecting, product demonstrations, closing deals, onboarding clients, training, and renewals
  • Conduct high-quality in-person product demonstrations for clients and prospects
  • Provide valuable insights to all stakeholders in the commercial property market, including brokers, owners, investors, lenders, appraisers, and service providers
  • Represent CoStar by participating in industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals in your area
    Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in client-facing roles within the Commercial Real Estate sector is highly preferred
  • Minimum of two years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B context, selling data, research, and analytical platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing, or information services.
  • Proven history of surpassing sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
  • At least two years of experience in training clients on solution usage post-sale
