Overview:

  • Ensures project planning and execution are meticulously managed.
  • Verifies that deliverables are tactically sound and meet assignment requirements.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of the client's products, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitors and assesses implications within the competitive environment.
  • Supports the leadership of the Account Director/Group Director within the department.
  • Guides junior team members on specific tasks as outlined by senior staff in social media.
  • Encourages innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Stays informed about current trends and technological advancements.
  • Enhances the department's role in the overall planning process.
  • Develops proactive strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

Digital experience is essential, including web and digital display, social media, and CRM.

Experience in closely collaborating with marketing clients is required.

Agency experience supporting DTC and HCP marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical clients is necessary.

Familiarity with and comfort in supporting the MLR Review process is crucial.

A solid understanding of digital and brand strategy is expected.

Strong interpersonal skills are vital for fostering optimal relationships within the department.

Experience in managing and mentoring junior account team members is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the Office Suite is necessary.

A leader and team builder with a collaborative spirit.

Highly organized with creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is preferred.

Experience with scope tracking and project-level budget management is advantageous.
