The Sales Team at ISMG is integral to our organization, playing a vital role in our ongoing growth and success. As a Sales Executive, you will act as a strategic consultant to both new and existing clients, striving to understand their specific marketing requirements while positioning our diverse portfolio of solutions.
In this position, you will be tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing consultative relationships with current clients. To achieve revenue targets, you will continuously assess the market and your designated territory to pinpoint gaps and devise innovative strategies for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ISMG's offerings and a solid foundational knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to enhance client communications.
- Identify and secure new clients through focused outreach efforts, including cold-calling, emailing, and networking.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
- Meet established sales targets and performance metrics within set timelines.
- Implement and execute ISMG's integrated sales cycle, which encompasses:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Sales Development and Lead Nurturing Campaigns
- Lead Qualification through Discovery Sessions and Needs Analysis
- Solution Presentation
- Quoting, Pricing, and Negotiation
- Closing Sales
- Order Fulfillment and Post-Sale Support
- BS/MS degree in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years of comprehensive B2B sales experience
- Experience engaging with executive decision-makers in Media, Marketing, Branding, or Research/Content sectors
- Formal training in recognized Sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Selling, Sandler)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to foster productive professional connections
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM practices
- Ability to create and deliver high-level presentations tailored to audience needs
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback for performance enhancement
- A solution-oriented and results-driven mindset with a commitment to making a significant impact
