Role Overview:
The Customer Success Manager will be instrumental in providing exceptional services to our CPG Retailer clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues swiftly. Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients. Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Service Management:
    Supervise the delivery of services to clients, guaranteeing high-quality and timely execution. Operate autonomously on retailer service tasks related to specific products and our core offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work in tandem with the Account Executive to comprehend client objectives and devise strategies to meet them. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Customer Success Initiatives:
    Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. Develop tailored customer success plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Monitor and report on essential customer success metrics, including satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Prepare regular updates for management regarding client status and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Grocery/Data/eComm sector and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
