The Client Services Associate plays a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support across various functions, including mail, printing, hospitality, and reception services.

This client-facing role allows you to engage with multiple accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mail Services: Manage the metering, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages according to established schedules.
  • Copy Services: Accurately execute copy, print, and scanning tasks based on detailed instructions.
  • Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and warmly greet visitors.
  • Hospitality Management: Oversee the maintenance of client conference rooms and common areas, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Floor Coordination: Maintain supply levels in copy rooms and assist with daily upkeep.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with minor office relocations, cleaning tasks, and liaising with key contacts regarding facility needs.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional problem-solving skills.
  • Physical capability to lift or move items weighing up to 40 lbs, and operate a wheeled cart with a capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work in both Princeton and Florham Park locations as needed.
Work Schedule:

Standard hours may vary, with shifts available from morning to evening, Monday through Friday. This role requires in-office presence.
