RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • Experience in client relationship management is preferred
  • Ability to customize products and services to fulfill customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
  • Results-driven and competitive, with a focus on self-initiated success

  • Must be able to pass necessary licensing examinations for property/casualty and life/health insurance
