Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track monthly Manager and Employee trainings, ensuring all necessary reports are completed and training rooms are reserved.
  • Coordinate the Tenure Recognition Program, ensuring timely recognition of employee milestones.
  • Assist with preparing for Annual Benefit Open Enrollments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Order office supplies and track inventory of supplies and drug screening kits.
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality correspondence, reports, memos, forms, presentations, and other needed materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional grammar and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sound judgment and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to create relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of increasingly responsible technical or administrative experience in personnel administration activities or comparable position.
