Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Agent's Assistant at Erik Nelson - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with the agent to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to promote the office.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
  • Assist with lead generation, appointment scheduling, and community event planning.
  • Support the agent in managing the website and social media content.
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success.

Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
