Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Services Specialist to join our team at East West Hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure that guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Assist with the management of guest complaints and issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in hospitality services.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing excellent service and supporting the team in achieving our goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in using computer software applications, including property management systems and other hospitality-related tools.
