Key Responsibilities
  • Promote brand image internally and externally through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Recognize opportunities to up-sell and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event.
  • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
  • Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour.
  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
