We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Global Money Movement (GMM) team at Remitly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting our yearly and quarterly planning process, working closely with teams to understand their needs, and orchestrating technical projects to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Product, Engineering, and other partners to create roadmaps and project plans, ensuring timely delivery
- Build frameworks and processes to manage internal and external dependencies, identifying inefficiencies and leading new solutions to increase efficiency
- Recommend and implement project management best practices to increase velocity and reliability of project execution
- Develop a deep understanding of our complete tech stack and how GMM integrates with Remitly's related systems
- 8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in the payments space
- Experience driving medium-to-large sized technical projects with internal and external partners
- Strong program management skills, with experience taking plans from conception to launch and managing end-to-end execution of projects
- Experience mentoring Technical Program Managers up to Senior levels
- Competitive salary range: $144,000-$180,000
