Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Cicero Group in Salt Lake City. This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the JobThe successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Communications and Supplies: Regularly check and manage general voicemail and email folders, and order necessary office and cleaning supplies.
- Maintaining Office Organization: Ensure common areas such as the cafeteria, conference rooms, refrigerators, and copy rooms are tidy, stocked, and well-organized.
- Coordinate Office Meals and Catering: Manage lunch catering, ensure tables are set up and cleaned, and handle cafeteria set-up and clean-up for weekly catered meals.
- Maintain Kitchen Equipment and Supplies: Clean and maintain kitchen appliances like the coffee pot, refrigerator, and drink machine.
- Order and Restock Supplies: Place orders for drink machine syrups, cafeteria food and snacks, office supplies, and paper supplies from vendors like Swire, Costco, Staples, and Amazon.
- Coordinate Onboarding: Oversee new hire onboarding, including catering and conference room preparation.
- Organize Quarterly Team-Building: Organize meals, activities, and decor for quarterly team-building activities and events.
- Manage Annual Gifting and Communication: Assist with annual Thanksgiving toffee gifting, order and print thank you cards, and coordinate annual client chocolate gifts with V's Chocolates.
