Customer Service Relationship Manager

About the Role:
This role is a vital part of Valeo’s customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- You will handle customer calls, emails, and other communications to provide a best-in-class service experience, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Process customer claims and questions, assigning them to the appropriate department if necessary, and following up on resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive actions and key account follow-up.
Responsibilities Also Include:
- Manage customer administration operations and processes, including order compliance, stock allocation, and invoicing.
- Process customer returns in line with division service offer, maintaining accurate records and customer information.
- Support the sales force by providing necessary information related to customer accounts, back orders, and customer feedback.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
