Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Orkin, the leading provider of pest management services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities- Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services.
- Utilize our proprietary software to track routes and optimize schedules, minimizing drive time and distance.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through empathetic communication and a service-oriented mindset.
- Monitor and update customer databases with accurate information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations. Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is required.
