Position: Senior Financial Accountant

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Financial Accountant
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior accounting role
- Proficient in Yardi software
- Dynamic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting critical deadlines
- Capable of mentoring and guiding junior accounting staff
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- High sense of urgency in task completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Responsible and professional demeanor, leading by example
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
- Assertive approach to ensure processes are executed efficiently
- CPA certification is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements along with supporting documentation
- Review and manage corporate expense allocations
- Conduct account variance analyses and reconciliations
- Process journal entries accurately
- Verify invoices for correct coding and facilitate payment
- Reconcile inter-company transactions and issue invoices as needed
- Compile monthly draw packages for lender submissions
- Assist with due diligence for Corporate Capital Transactions
- Generate monthly invoices for tenants and customers
- Support various accounting projects as required
- Travel for site visits, client meetings, training, or conferences as necessary
- Prepare monthly tax filings for Sales and Use Tax and Exempt Fuel purchases
- Engage in special projects as assigned
